The Career Development On-Demand Coaching Program (CDO Coaching Program) is a 3-month pilot designed to support employees who have taken on new roles or responsibilities, or who are seeking general career guidance. The pilot will include 40 – 60 total participants (i.e., 20 – 30 coachees and 20 – 30 coaches). Coaching is available for employees of all levels.

  • Who (Participants): Employees stepping into new management or executive positions; employees seeking to develop specific skills
  • Who (Coaches): Certified coaches, senior managers, and/or executives
  • Duration: 3-month pilot
  • Goal: Deliver just-in-time, goal-oriented coaching using internal leadership resources
