The Career Development On-Demand Mentoring Program (CDO Mentoring Program) will provide two avenues for mentorship: standard and peer. Both options will accept 40 – 60 participants (i.e., 20 – 30 mentees and 20 – 30 mentors). Mentoring is available for executives and non-executives.
