  • 3. Attend Career-Development-on-Demand virtual workshops on the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Resume Writing to enhance your development journey.

  • 4. Complete your Individual Development Plan (IDP) and review it regularly with your manager to ensure that you are on track with your career goals.
